Reminder – Pork Ban on selected domestic flights
To our valued passengers:
To comply with a Philippine government directive, we wish to remind that it is prohibited to carry any type of pork, including pork-related products and by-products, whether raw, processed or cooked, in hand-carry and/or checked in baggage when flying from Manila to the following domestic destinations:
• Bacolod (BCD)
• Busuanga (USU)
• Butuan (BXU)
• Caticlan (MPH)
• Cebu (CEB)
• Davao (DVO)
• Dipolog (DPL)
• General Santos (GES)
• Iloilo (ILO)
• Kalibo (KLO)
• Pagadian (PAG)
• Puerto Princesa (PPS)
• Roxas (RXS)
• Tacloban (TAC)
• Tagbilaran (TAG)
• Tawi-Tawi (TWT)
• Antique (EUQ)
• Zamboanga (ZAM)
While it is a temporary measure, this ban will stay in effect until revoked by the concerned local government health authorities. The ban was imposed by the Department of Agriculture to prevent the spread of African Swine Fever (ASF) in vulnerable areas of the Philippines.
For a hassle-free journey, please ensure you are not carrying any of the above pork products.
