Our 2 bedroom villa is in the heart of the beautiful Campoamor Golf ⛳️ not far from the stunning golf club overlooking views of Mar Menor .
Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac overlooking the large communal pool 🏊 choose to relax in the sun ☀️ or shade ⛱️ with a choice of 2 patios, balcony & roof solarium you have plenty of outside & inside space 😊
There is a large choice of places to eat and drink 🥂locally at La Fuente commercial centre just a 10 minute stroll away, the beautiful Villamartín plaza is less than 15 minute drive or taxi ride away 🚖. Visit the nearby La Zenia or Campoamor beach🏖️ or one of Europes largest shopping malls , La Zenia Boulevard 🛍️ all within a 15 minute drive, taxi or bus ride away, or for the fit people among you bikes can be hired locally 🚲
Our home 🏡 is comfortably furnished and equipped for your holiday with lots of small touches that sets it apart from your normal holiday home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher & air fryer if you prefer to cook🧑🍳 outside electric grills are also available if you prefer to dine Al fresco although with a vast range of restaurants to choose from you might want to take a break from the kitchen 😘
A smart TV 📺, wi fi , air-con or heating depending on the season & all linens and towels provided.
Check in and checkout is flexible for your arrival and departure day. We try not to do crossover days whenever possible.
