We are quickly approaching Black Friday and Shop Small Saturday (and MOST importantly, Travel Tuesday!), and I wanted to remind you of a few things!
First, don't forget booking with me costs you nothing AND you're supporting my small business (and me directly!)
Next, it's not a bother to ask me for trip help. I love it... I love it so much I started my own business to get to help more people!
And finally, here's some FAQs about working with me!

I have found that many people who have never worked with a travel agent are not sure how it works, so I wanted to give you a quick FAQ!
Q: How much do you charge for your services?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - All of my help is completely complimentary to you for all travel booked through me, and you pay not one penny more to book through me. I plan and book your travel free of charge and then get paid commission by the resort/hotel/cruise line after you travel. The commission is built into the rate no matter how you book your travel, so it's win-win to have someone who is personally assisting you and your travel! As long as I am booking your travel for you, there is no charge!
I also offer detailed itineraries for travel if you've already booked your own hotel, but still want some assistance. Contact me to find out about itinerary planning assistance!
Q: Why do I even need a Travel Agent? Can’t I just book it online myself?
A: You can absolutely book travel on your own, but having someone who is on your side, start to finish, helping you have the best vacation you can is priceless. From the time of booking to the time you check out, and even after, I am just a text away, in case you have questions or a concern. Instead of searching for the answer online yourself, you can just send me a text, and I’ll answer your question.
Additionally, as we all well know, travel has changed since 2020. Once everything began shutting down, I was able to get all of my clients home, and was able to secure 100% refunds for all of my affected travelers. And did I mention all of this is free to you??
Q: How do I pay for the travel? Do you take credit cards?
A: All monies are paid directly to the travel company, usually with a credit or debit card. Gift cards are usually accepted as well. If you need to pay in an alternative way, please let me know and I’ll be able to tell you if it’s possible.
Q: If I book on my own do you still get paid?
A: No. If you ask for my help and then book on your own I do not get paid for the time I spent researching and customizing your vacation. I only get paid after you travel, and only if I booked you. It doesn't matter if you booked the resort I recommended, or booked on the same dates, I have to actually book it.
If you find a price less than what I quoted you, let me know! Most of the time there is a reason for that price difference (basic economy flight, longer layover, different room category, a million different things), but I can definitely research it and figure it out!
Q: I didn't book through you, can you still help me fix an issue?
A: No, unfortunately I am unable to assist you with anything you did not book through me, due to liability. For any questions or to get assistance, you will need to contact the customer service where you booked.
However, in some cases, you can transfer a booking that you made yourself over to me, and THEN I can help! The time frame on transferring your booking to me varies. For example: if you booked on Royal Caribbean, you can transfer a booking within 60 days, and for Disney Cruise Line or Walt Disney World within 30 days of booking, as long as you haven't paid in full.
Q: If I book through you, does that mean I give up all control to you?
A: Definitely not! My goal is to help you have the best trip possible, and to do that, I will help you as much or as little as you like! If you want advice on which hotel to choose, or which restaurant to try, or where to park, I can help. I can make all your reservations for dining, shows, experiences... whatever you like!
Or, if you’d rather make those yourself, you can! If I book your trip, the only thing that I *have* to do is put any payment through, and to make changes to the reservation itself (date change, location change, name change, etc). But that’s what I’m here for! To make it so you don’t have to wait on hold!
Q: Can you book me just a flight?
A: Legally, I am not able to book flights only. I CAN book flights as part of a package, and I can also give you some tips for finding great flights!
Q: Is it cheaper if I book through you?
A: Sometimes! And sometimes it is the same price as you can get if you booked it yourself. However, if you can pay the same price as online and get incredible customer service, why wouldn't you use an agent?
Does the computer you used to book your trip check up on you? Once that online site takes your money, it doesn't care about you or your vacation any longer. And if something goes wrong while you’re traveling, that website will not help you fix it.
Q: But can you get me deals that I can’t get myself?
A: Yes… and no. There aren’t any super-secret travel agent deals… but at the same time, I am really good at researching a good deal, and have a ton of tips and tricks to save money.
Also, if you are currently booked, and a new promo comes out, I will automatically apply it if it saves you money, so you don’t have to be paying attention to save money! New promos can have capacity limits, and those can be fully booked within hours of them being announced. So having me on your side helps you secure those discounts!
Q: Do you only book Disney?
A: No! I love Disney, and since I live in Orlando, I get to visit frequently so I can share tons of pictures of what I’m up to in the parks, and what’s new. But I can book pretty much anything!
I book all Disney Destinations (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Disney Cruise Line, and Adventures By Disney), Universal Parks, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Princess, Celebrity, Norwegian, Holland America, Virgin Voyages, hotels, all inclusive, and more - just ask!
Q: What is your travel experience? Why should I trust you?
A: I am a travel nerd. Even before I became a travel agent, I was the go to for any and all things Disney or cruises… and I research things obsessively. I also find it a personal challenge to find the best deals and I will check something repeatedly to ensure the best price. Plus, I have tons of personal experience with traveling!
I have been to the Walt Disney World parks so many times I can’t even begin to count, and have been an annual passholder for 20+ years! I have stayed at almost all of the Walt Disney hotels (just missing 3 of them!) and visited the rest.
I have been to both Universal parks countless times as well, as well as the water park, and visited the hotels to see them in person.
I have also traveled to England and Scotland, and can share how to save money and navigate around London (it’s my favorite city!)
And I have even visited the Disney and Universal theme parks in Japan, and visited Tokyo and Kyoto while I was there.
And speaking of cruises, I have sailed with Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Holland America, Celebrity, and Carnival… and I loved every single cruise. They each have something different to offer! Trust me when I say, I will take your trip and make it the best I can possibly can!
