THE FORMAT

„Workshop for SuperheroS“ is an entertainment live game designed as a platform for sharing success. This is an innovative, bold and inspiring format that gives a different perspective for the strengths of the individuals, thus strengthening the communities to which they belong (family, company, organization, etc.). The workshop could be applied in different ways:

• Corporate trainings

– Workshop for SuperheroS is successfully applied in Bulgarian and international companies leaders in the fields of: IT, banking, aviation, insurance, engineering, marketing, sales, etc. It can be an independent format in the company or be a part of established programs for motivation, training, team building events for the employees and clients of the company, recruitment, appraisal, mentoring and more.

• Open groups for personal development – People go out of their daily routines, have fun, meet new friends and ideas and develop their potential in a new and creative way.

• Entertainment & networking events – The main principles of the workshop could be applied in developing tailor-maid events for various occasions and groups of people. On the basis of her educational background and experience in Acting and HR development, she creates the unique format “Workshop for SuperheroS”. Maria has over 15 years of experience in the field of HR consulting of corporate clients, recruitment, individual career counselling, has designed and moderated various training programs. She speaks fluently Bulgarian and English, very good French, and fair German and Russian.
