The four of us are scuba enthusiasts with a passion for exotic travel and culture. Lana and Tim from Calgary, Canada, Esther and Dan from Long Beach California met at one of our favorite places on the planet, the poolside bar at the Bali Intercontinental. Since our 2008 chance meeting in Bali, we have shared our love for the ocean, travel, and particularly scuba, planning at least one yearly trip
together ever since. As we began our search for the exotic and hard to reach places, we ran into a few situations where we longed for more information, a contact, or even just a phone number of someone to call. In fact, we have had many occasions where we were unable to reach anyone to help us reserve accommodations or plan our itinerary. It was through these situations that we decided we would start a website for the scuba community to share their contacts, experiences, stories, photos, favorite places, and also places they would stay away from…and Scuba Dive Advisor was born. Four years in the making, our website is designed with one sole mission; to provide comprehensive reviews of all dive locations in the world. Through our read and write reviews sections of our website our intent is to provide you with real time information written for scuba divers by scuba divers. We hope that you find the information on our site instrumental in planning your future dive holidays. Whether you are traveling half way around the globe or just a short drive to you local beach for your next dive, we want you to feel confident that you have all the information you need to travel with confidence.
