The second UMA EXPO education session was announced last week and is related to the ‘Reasonable Suspicion’ required training every operator company supervisor needs. This education session will be a two-hour session going over all things training to be able to identify if your staff is using or under the influence of alcohol or drugs and how to get referrals to have them tested.
