I'm getting my coffee and my Travel Advisor moral support team ready because Walt Disney World reservations open for 2026 vacations through October TOMORROW, April 22! ✨

And guys, I can't even believe this, but in 2026, kids ages 3-9 get a FREE DINING PLAN when a dining plan is added for the other members of their party (ages 10+), and the best part is that this offer can be combined with any other promos that roll out later in the year.

If you're already on my 2026 waitlist, you'll be receiving an email from me TODAY! And if you're not on the list yet but are dreaming about a magical vacation next year (or this year, let's be honest!), drop a comment or send a PM to get this planning party started! 🎉

Choose the Right Travel Advisor for YOU! ✨🌴

If you've ever crowdsourced for travel planner recommendations, you've probably been bombarded with recommendations! But not all travel advisors are the same—and that’s a good thing. Just like every trip is unique, so is every advisor’s style, specialty, and service.

So how do you know if you’ve found the right fit?

💬 Communication style matters.
Do you like frequent check-ins or prefer a low-key, important-info-only approach? Make sure your advisor works with you in a way that feels easy and natural.

🌴 Consider their niche.
An advisor who specializes in Europe might not be the best choice for your Disney Cruise—and vice versa. ASK how often they've traveled to the destination you're dreaming about. (For example, magical & tropical vacations are my thing, so when you want to go to Alaska, I'm going to recommend an expert for you to reach out to instead!)

📋 Ask what’s included.
Some advisors offer booking-only services, while others handle every detail—like dining, airport transfers, and excursions. What do you need and what do they offer?

❤️ Trust your gut.
You’re trusting this person with your time, money, and memories. Choose someone you click with, who makes it fun, who has happy clients, and who cares as much as you do.

There are so many incredible advisors out there—find one that fits your travel style and personality, and start planning!

And if magical moments, palm trees, and planning peace of mind sound like your vibe... I'd love to be your travel bestie.

☀️ SUMMER PROMO ALERT! Look. I will say it until I'm blue in the face - summer is the best time to visit Walt Disney World. I know, I know. It's hot. But your kids don't have to miss school, the parks are open longer, pool days are more enjoyable, and crowds are lower (really).

So when I see this crazy savings for Disney+ subscribers that I know I can pair with the amazing ticket promos available this summer? Yeah, I'm going to remind you that it's not too late to book an incredible summer vacation! If you can travel from June 29 - July 31, 2025, you can save BIG.

We're talking:

✨ $99 Per Night for Standard Rooms at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
✨ $169 Per Night for Woods View Rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside
✨ $229 Per Night for Cars Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort
✨ $249 Per Night for Deluxe Studios at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort
✨ $339 Per Night for Savanna View Rooms at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge

I haven't seen rates this low in YEARS, and I love something about each of these specific resorts:

⚽ All-Star Sports (the price, literally just the price, sorry but ha)
🎭 Port Orleans (great vibes, walk to beignets, boat to Disney Springs, sleeps 5)
🚘 Art of Animation (fantastic Cars pool, Skyliner, so much space, sleeps 6)
🏇 Saratoga (recently refurbed rooms, walk to Disney Springs, extended evening hours at parks)
🦒 Animal Kingdom Lodge (amazing food options, gorgeous views, extended evening hours at parks)

Do I have you convinced that my favorite season is also my favorite DISNEY season? Shoot me a message or email soon if so! Everybody needs a magical countdown right now, amiright? ✨

✨ Annual Pass Farewell Recap: Day 2 - Chill Vibes & Cool Parks ✨

[I'm back in my office and excited to share all the fun of the last few days if you weren't able to follow along on stories!]

Hollywood Studios Highlights:
🎯 Toy Story Mania
🍳 Breakfast totchos (kids meal version for the perfect amount of food - and perfect price!)
🎥 Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
👻 Tower of Terror

✨ Annual Pass Farewell Recap: Day 1 - Chaos & Castles ✨

[I'm back in my office and excited to share all the fun of the last few days if you weren't able to follow along on stories!]

We kicked things off on Saturday morning with pure chaos: 3.5 hours of sleep, a power outage, torrential rain, AND a lightning delay on the runway. 😅

But we made it—straight to Wilderness Lodge and lunch at Geyser Point before heading to Magic Kingdom!

Even though it’s my least favorite park (sorry not sorry), it was still a fantastic day:
🎢 Peoplemover
⚡ TRON
🌿 Tiana’s Bayou Adventure
🚂 Walt Disney World Railroad
🧜 Under the Sea - Journey of The Little Mermaid
🍴 Crème Brûlée Croissant + Cheeseburger Spring Rolls
🎆 Skipped fireworks in the park and watched from our balcony instead = 10/10, no regrets

Day 2 is up tomorrow!

On getting my ears back and finding some joy (not because of the ears but equally noteworthy):

The first three months of this year have kicked my butt. After switching agencies, I’ve had the most successful first quarter of my entire career, but it’s also come at a substantial financial and personal cost. Getting through that period with my sanity intact feels monumental, so celebrating at Walt Disney World for a quick girls’ getaway has been exactly what I needed. 🥹 This bubble really is magic, and while it can’t solve all the world’s problems, I’ve never been sad here. The logic works, right?

My favorite Minnie ears forever have been the rose gold pair I got at least 8 years ago. They go with everything and I packed them for every single trip. But they snapped a few trips ago (okay I guess I WAS sad at Disney when that happened), and I finally admitted I was never going to put in the effort to fix them. So instead of missing them indefinitely, I bought a new pair today, and it sounds silly, but it has made my entire trip.

Sometimes it really is the little things that can help lift us out of a funk. Weekend Disney trips aren’t feasible for everyone (I get it, I’m magically privileged), but if you’re in a hard season, I hope you’re able to find something that brings you a glimmer of joy (and even hope) as a gift to your soul. ✨

I’m (mostly) out of office and Wilderness Lodge awaits!! I’m heading to Walt Disney World early Saturday morning with my mama, so I’m finishing up all my lists tomorrow and am SO ready for a much-needed magical girls’ trip!

I’ve been thinking a lot about social media though and how to not get stuck in a rut. Wanna give me some feedback?

Where do you spend the most time on the socials? Which platform is your go-to? Are you hanging out mostly on stories, reels, or feeds?

I never want to keep forcing my photo and verbose posts, so this weekend might be a great time to change it up a little bit. I’d love to know what you think! Help a tired elder millennial out. 😂

Quick - get out your wallet and check your driver's license.

Does it have a star (or a flag) or say Enhanced?

If it doesn't, you may need to get REAL ID ready so you don't get turned away from your next domestic flight. But don't panic - you have until May 7, 2025 before they'll start enforcing this update at airports and certain facilities. Check your state's requirements to make sure you're all set. https://www.dhs.gov/real-id

And if your ID is good to go (or you have a valid passport), this is your sign that it's time to start planning your next vacation! 🤪

Today, three of my lovely guests are checking into Bungalows Key Largo for a birthday celebration girls' trip! 🌴 This adults-only, all-inclusive paradise can actually be found right here in the States (I get this request a lot!). Think waterfront bungalows, gourmet dining, and endless ocean views—and you don't even need a passport!

But because travel isn’t always smooth sailing, when one of these friends missed her flight connection this morning, all she had to do was send me a text and I was able to adjust their airport transfers so they could all still travel to the resort together. No stress allowed when we plan together!

📌 Heads up! I’ll be out of the office from April 5–8, but I’ll be back soon to help plan your next adventure. If you need anything before then, now’s a great time to reach out!

Do you cruise for the ports or for the ship? 🛳️

While it kinda depends on the itinerary, I'm a stay-on-the-ship cruiser for the most part. Give me those low crowds while everyone else is off exploring, and I'm a happy girl. (To be fair, I also need to choose sailings that go to more places than Nassau and Cozumel, ha!)

🌴 What's the best cruise port you've experienced? (My favorite is Disney's Castaway Cay in the Bahamas, but like I said, I need to get out more!) 🌊

I can't think of a better place to celebrate a milestone birthday than Atelier Playa Mujeres! And these girls are definitely more fun than two 20-year-olds. 💃

They brought their husbands along for the getaway, and they lived it up with INSPIRA-level amenities like private pools (including one on the rooftop!), butler service, swim-out suites, and an exclusive beach area. Talk about a dream trip. 😍

Thank you for trusting me with your birthday celebrations and vacation memories, ladies! 🌴

I may have let my must-eat list for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival get out of control. 😂

Pro Tip: Download the free WDW Food&Wine app if you’ll be visiting during any EPCOT festival. You can see all of the amazing options to choose from and keep track of everything you want to try!

A ton of promos and features for multiple magical destinations I plan are releasing tomorrow, but WHICH OFFERS AND OPTIONS ARE RIGHT FOR YOU?!

📢 This. This is why you plan with an experienced travel advisor who specializes in these destinations.

My guests know that I will have their backs first thing in the morning (because I'm working late to catch up and clear my schedule), and I'll be applying the promotion or presenting the options that make the most sense for their vacation. (Spoiler Alert: Free Dining isn't always the best offer!)

So already-booked guests? I've gotchu. Haven't booked that summer getaway yet? Let's chat ASAP!

These aren't just any Mickey waffles - they're CHURRO WAFFLES. And they will change your life. 😂

Seriously, I don't even bother with the regular ones anymore. It's churro or nothing, baby! The only *slight* probem is that they're kinda hard to get because you can only get them in two ways:

🏰 During the breakfast hours at The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom Park (and it's a pricey character meal)
🚢 At the buffet on a Disney Cruise, but only once per sailing

My countdown is on until I get these back on my plate in June. 😍 Are you a churro waffle lover? Do you think they're overrated? Or are you one of the deprived souls who's never experienced true joy?

12/03/2025

I'm still processing yesterday's Southwest Airlines announcements. 😢

If you've been around here for long, you know I'm a Southwest loyalist. I love their service, rewards program, flexibility, and the fact that I can fly out of Love Field, which is far superior to DFW. Honestly, I don't even hate not having assigned seats.

And while 90% of the time I'm not taking advantage of free bags (because I'm a carryon-only traveler), I love having the option to check a bag without being nickled and dimed.

So if you missed the news yesterday, the changes they'll be implementing are:
✈️ No more Bags Fly Free (sure, they'll be free for some people, but not as a rule)
✈️ Reduced Rapid Reward point earnings for lower fares
✈️ Expiration dates for flight credits
✈️ No more change flexibility for lower fares
✈️ No more same-day standby for lower fares

What may be good for their bottom line in the near-term feels really short-sighted, and it will impact my loyalty 100%. When you fly as much as I do, flexibility and ease are game-changers, and unfortunately, this isn't going to be the case anymore.

So in the meantime, I'll be weighing all my options before these changes go into effect on May 28, 2025, but while I'll be taking full advantage of my 2025 Companion Pass, it may be my last year as a Southwest-only girl.

🗣️ How are you feeling about the changes? Excited, meh, or devastated?
