1. Third, the brief process for the application for admission to Tibet (entry letter):
A. Prepare the required documents:

2. Passport + residence permit + work certificate (for foreign guests working in China).
B. Please make sure that the entry and exit routes, travel time, scenic spots, reception standards and team size are provided to our company. We will give a detailed quotation for this team based on the specific itinerary and feedback to the visitor for confirmation.
C. After the team's itinerary is confirmed, the agency will handle the approval letter for Tibet. The processing time is also determined according to the content of the itinerary. Generally, the regular itinerary takes about five days to review and issue. If you go to a non-open area (Note: The Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is not open to foreign guests, please do not apply for travel in this area. ), it takes half a month to approve. In consideration of the travel arrangements for air tickets, hotels, guides and vehicles related to guests, please apply as soon as possible to confirm the relevant information on the travel route, time and place.
D. After the application for approval of the deposit approval letter, the agency will deliver the documents to the tourists according to the team's itinerary. The trains entering the Tibet group only need to approve the fax to purchase the tickets and train on the train. 一、根据国家法律规定，鉴于西藏特殊的民族传统、文化古迹和生态环境保护的需要，同时也因西藏的交通状况和旅游服务设施及接待能力，政府规定非中国公民身份持有者，即外国旅游客人，台湾游客及海外华人（香港、澳门居民持中国特区护照或回乡证者除外），在进入西藏旅游前，必须办理由西藏自治区旅游局[TTB]签发的“外国人入藏旅游批准函”，同时，也规定外国记者和外交官不能以旅游者身份进藏。
二、根据国家旅游局规定，外国旅游者、台湾游客和海外华人（香港、澳门居民持中国特区护照或回乡证者除外）在藏期间不允许自行旅游，不论客人人数多少，必须有组织、有计划地组团旅游。（备注：旅行社不能进行外宾散客拼团，请外宾自行组团由我社接待，所有外宾团都是以独立团形式接待。外宾团不限人数，成员不限国籍，一人也可成行，团队中也可以有国内游客。）
三、申办入藏批准函（入藏函）简要流程：
A、准备所需要的证件:
1、护照+签证（适合入境旅游的外宾，一般为旅游签证，L型）。
2、护照+居住证+单位工作证明（适合在中国工作的外宾）。
B、请确定进出藏路线，行程时间、景点线路，接待标准及团队人数，连同联系方便提供给我社。我们将视具体行程给出此团队的详细报价，反馈给游客确认。
C、团队行程确认后，由我社统一办理进藏批准函。办理时间也要视行程内容来确定，一般常规行程需要五天左右的时间审核签发，如去到非开放地区（注：雅鲁藏布大峡谷暂未对外宾开放，请不要申请此地区旅游。），则需要半个月的时间审批。考虑到与客人相关的机票、酒店、向导与车辆等旅游事项的安排预定工作，请尽可能早一些办理申请手续，以便就入藏旅行线路、时间、地点等有关资料得到相应确认。
D、入藏批准函申请签发后，我社根据团队行程情况将证件送达游客手中，火车进藏的团只需要批准函传真件即可购票上火车，如飞机进藏团队，我社需将批准函原件以快递形式送达游客手中，只有凭原件团队成员才可登机进藏。
E、其它补充说明：
1、只到拉萨、日喀则、纳木错景区的游客，只需要一张入藏批准函就可以了。
2、林芝、珠峰等景区，除入藏批准函之外，还需要办理旅行证，官方收取费用为50元/人。
3、波密、山南、阿里等非开放地区，还需要军区批件，办理时间需要半个月左右，所以去这些地方请提前20天以上进行团队确认。
4、根据团队行程所需要申请的手续复杂程度，我社收取一定的手续费。
1、只到拉萨、日喀则、纳木错景区的游客，只需要一张入藏批准函就可以了。
2、林芝、珠峰等景区，除入藏批准函之外，还需要办理旅行证，波密、山南、阿里等非开放地区，还需要军区批件，办理时间需要半个月左右，所以去这些地方请提前20天以上进行团队确认。
3、暂时不对外宾开放的地方:昌都整个地区 ，林芝地区:米林县(雅鲁藏布大峡谷和南伊沟)、然乌、波密 ，山南地区:亚东、错那 ，阿里地区:吉隆县等边境。
4、任何外宾团都不能自助游，所以其接待必须配备导游、司机，安排涉外酒店或住宿点。
5、旅行社不能进行外宾散客拼团，请外宾自行组团由我社接待，所有外宾团都是以独立团形式接待。外宾团不限人数，成员不限国籍，一人也可成行，团队中也可以有国内游客。
