Just because you can do something on your own, doesn't mean you have to (or even should).
Utilizing the *complimentary services of a travel professional to book and plan your vacation has many benefits. I work for YOU, not the vendor. What does that mean? That means that in addition to all of my planning services, I will also watch for special offers. If you've booked without a special offer and one becomes available at a later date, if there is availability and if it will save you money, then I will automatically apply it! I guarantee that if you book on your own, the vendor isn't going to call you and tell you about new offers that will save you money.
I also take care of all the little details like booking ground transfers, stroller rentals, etc. What happens if you need to delay or reschedule your vacation? I'll help you with that! What happens if your flight is delayed and you need to change your ground transfer pick up time at 4:30 AM? I'll get on the phone with the ground transfer company and get that taken care of for you.
Today I was up early (before 5 AM) booking dining reservations for my client and then on the phone at 6 AM to get another reservation. I love my job, even in the early morning hours. I know it's taking the stress out of planning for my clients and that makes me happy. Again, you COULD get up at 4:50 AM, but do you really want to?
