Hello, I'm Tess - owner, operator, knitter, and dreamer at The Color Room. I taught myself to knit five years ago on a rainy weekend at the cottage with a pair of filed down chopsticks and a lot of determination. I've moved on to proper needles and yarn but my passion has never waned. Knitting for me is a creative outlet which allows me to relax and clear my mind. Many of my items were made or des

igned while on maternity leave with my wonderful son, Ben. Now a very "grown up" toddler, Ben continues to inspire me - check back soon for baby blankets, toddler touques, and more! I have truly enjoyed making everything is this shop and I am delighted to finally be able to share it with you - I hope you enjoy your visit!
