As Disney first-timers, my husband and I had no idea where to begin planning our trip. "Our trip was such a success BECAUSE we used Once Upon a Park!!
As we were planning it, Bethany's suggestions and help were invaluable! We didn't even know what we didn't know before we got her involved!
The excitement started immediately as we planned and we learned of the experiences we could have. Bethany was a wealth of knowledge and know how of navigating the Genie+ and Lightning Lanes!
She made us reservations for dinners, shows and "Must Do's" months before we left! The excitement of planning was amplified because there was no fear of missing out on something we didn't know about.
When we got there that is when Bethany did her best work! While we were sleeping... she made Genie+ reservations and Lightning lane bookings for us! She was working behind-the-scenes to make the Magic of Disney a reality.
She made herself available to us throughout the day for help navigating through rides/experiences and suggestions regarding "what next" etc... Then each night we'd talk about what we wanted for the next day and when we got up... TaDa!! We were set!
She made it possible to not worry about "How" and to just focus on the fun and magic!
There is NO way we could have experienced Disney World the way did without her help!
