Science and Spanish all in one. I try to incorporate a hour a day when we're only allowed to speak Spanish. In that hour Jacob decided to do a science experiment, safe to say we haven't learned many scientific words in Spanish 🙈 but by doing this we've found a gap in our language learning!

Are you a home educator that incorporates travel in to your schooling? We do as I feel it's super important to experience the world. We learn about nature, different cultures, languages, geography, meet amazing people, it makes us more grateful for what we have when we visit poorer areas, different foods, the list is endless!

It is for that reason I decided to train as an independent travel agent as we spend on average 3-5 months of the year out of the country and I always do all the bookings myself and spend all the time researching so I thought why am I not paying myself for this?? Now when I travel I get to save on my own travel and it is a decent amount to save if you are regularly travelling! 🧳✈️

Can you actually believe this is a Scottish beach?

We have travelled our fair share from south east asia, central America, Europe etc but honestly the beaches of Scotland stand out. They are never over crowded, they are pristine and the views are stunning. Don't get me wrong for those of us that love the heat (us included) it is a shame we don't have this thailand heat 🤣 but I would 100% put it on your bucket list to visit some of the most beautiful beaches in the world 🌍

When the weather is like this it makes me want to book a trip even more! Let's face it we all know the good ol' UK weather likes to trick us in to a false sense of security that summer is here and then BAM- goodbye sun ☀️😂

The boys have been making the most of the weather and been playing chess, writing stories and playing monopoly outside in between running around and being general nutters!

Hi everyone!!

Jacob is currently undertaking an "enterprising minds" challenge which is to build his own business idea over a 4 week span. There is a few categories of winners etc.

Jacob decided he wanted to create merchandise for the brand we have on the YouTube and our home education page. We have brainstormed an extensive list of merchandise ideas but he has decided to start off with the collapsible bottle. We use these types of bottles on our travels, they are sustainable and space saving. He wants to use all his profits to then work towards buying in enough stock to hold a stall at the end of his 4 weeks!

Bottles will be priced at £16 each if anyone would like to purchase one please let me know.

I have often heard comments from other parents that they're worried about what their kids will eat abroad if they choose somewhere to go somewhere further afield and perhaps more adventurous.

😋My top tip: start introducing some of the typical dishes at home! Make it fun and cook the meals together and begin to try some of the different flavours.

Don't be nervous those, most places you go you can always find something relatively "plain" to suit taste requirements and trying new foods is all part of the experience of travel! Check out Jacob taste testing Thai tea ☕😂👇

Hello everyone! I haven’t used this page in a while but for those of you know me personally know that I have recently undergone training to be an independent travel agent as you know travel is life!

I was often asked for advice on where to go, what to take with kids, night flight or day flight, where to look for the best prices etc etc so I essentially was acting as a travel agent! I never intended to work on it too much but I have had so much interest and requests from family and friends that I have decided to work with it a bit more!

Therefore this page will still be used to blog our lifestyle which includes a lot of travel anyway, you’ll find travel tips (especially with kids) as well as holiday offers!

I can of course build holidays without children but most of my following is families so you’ll see mostly family holidays advertised including Disney.

We do also have our Youtube channel which vlogs much of our renovation as well as travels which is all relevant to our travel lifestyle as our renovation project was in order to be mortgage free to travel more- see travel is life and now I can help you live through travel too!

Hi everyone!! I know I haven't used this page in a while, we moved over to Instagram.

A lot has happened for us in the last year, we spent almost a month in the canaries, we spent 6 weeks backpacking Costa Rica and we sold up in England and bought an old barn needing renovation in the Highlands of Scotland!

We like to keep people updated with what we are up to for those who don't think it's possible to go for their "dream" or who maybe need some home educating inspiration etc. However, it's proving difficult keeping on top of so many social media accounts.
