It offers the professional consulting services of Dennis Bromery, MEd and Linda Marston PhD, bringing in the talents of other local professionals as needed. Dr. Marston has 30 years of professional consulting experience with school districts, community-based organizations, and state agencies. Bromery is an experienced personnel trainer and logistics specialist, with more than 20 years in the US Air Force, active duty and reserves (retired).

Still enjoying doing Peer Reviews for the U.S. Department of Education’s Rehabilitation Services Administration, most recently as an Alternate Reviewer in July 2023.

I’m enjoying retirement too much, so I’m retiring Echo Hill Group as well. Any future consulting will be as a sole proprietor. I do look forward to another peer review for the US Dept. of Ed. in the Spring of 2022. Happy New Year!

For 2021, I look forward to doing more Peer Reviews, scoring and recommending grant proposals submitted to the U.S. Department of Education. The first one is scheduled for April. Lots of work, but worthy service. It is exciting when institutions submit truly outstanding efforts to benefit their constituencies.
