I'd love to chat about your upcoming wedding day. Most days you can find me at a coffee shop editing pictures, planning events, or reading a book. I am in love with Jesus Christ and most everything I do stems from my relationship with Him. I am passionate about God’s children and work part-time as a Marketing Director for a Christian youth camp in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Photography is a passi

on of mine, and what started as a hobby, branched into my career. I geek out for good lighting and get a little giddy whenever I get to shoot. My photography style is authentic, minimal, and bright. I love making people feel beautiful and showing how wonderfully we are made in His image. I make it simple for you, keep it light, and focus on the precious candid moments that naturally occur between two people who are madly in love. Years from now, I want you to look at your wedding photographs and have all of those memories to come flooding back. The bliss, sentiment, light, and laughter from the day you wed.

SPRING MINI SESSIONS!

Thank you so much for your interest in my mini sessions!!

We will be taking these photos right at the trailhead behind the Auburn Hills Community Center (3350 E Seyburn Dr, Auburn Hills, MI 48326)!

Sessions will cost $150 for a 20 minute time slot! You'll receive a minimum of 20 high res images (but most likely more depending on how cooperative your group is☺️)

For these sessions I am requiring 50% at the time of booking, as a non-refundable deposit, and the other 50% by the time of your session! I am accepting cash or check payments as well as Venmo! Once you select your time of booking, please Venmo -VanHouten-1 to confirm your spot! You will have 24 hours to send payment before your session time is forfeited.
