Nakasendo Sakura 2024 took us to Japan's National Mold Koji (yes, there is such a thing as national mold...) shop. They still hand-make miso in an ancient way, just like cheese. Then, we continued our way on Nakasendo and Kamikouchi and enjoyed the view of snow-capped Japan Alps.

I had the pleasure of sharing Japan with 93 travellers in 7 tours over 11 weeks. I could never imagine these numbers 2 years ago. It has been absolutely amazing. But my reserve is up, time to recharge. Time to hug my family ❤️
