I just wanted to pop an email over and highlight a few points that we need to focus on over the next few weeks
👑 CUNARD LAUNCH 👑
This is a double launch Winter & Summer so it should be great for us, especially those shops who have done bookings in the past ! I have attached the sales brief for you to go through with your teams.
The booking launch period is 05th March - 3rd June 2024
The majority of shops have got a profit target of just over £400 which is so achievable, this is only 1 or 2 bookings to get it in the bag !
For the shops with the larger targets, it may be good to reconcile all of your customers that have booked on the launch before and maybe call or email them to make them aware that these are now on sale.
Let's all get that £250 banked and get your teams a night out they deserve !

I had a conversation with Rachel from RCL a couple of days ago and we are really falling behind with them...
As mentioned on Mondays call can every shop please adopt a deal and promote this as much as you can, in the Maghull branch, We have made a poster for this and put it in our A-Frame so that hopefully every person who is walking past the shop sees this and is the first thing they have in their minds walking into our branch.

Myself and Toni had a call with Jess on Monday just to have a catch up, YOY we are down on revenue with Celebrity and we have feedback to Jess in regards to some packages being cheaper going through vista and some branches struggling getting physical brochures to be able to give the customers to take a look at.
There are some amazing APEX from SOU deals that are out there and whenever I do see these, I post them straight away as they go like gold dust !
In regards to brochures, if you get a message that says 'Please view our E Brochure or contact Trade Support at [email protected] who will be able to help.' it will be because you have not yet done a booking, all you will need to do is email [email protected] and ask them to grade you to receive these brochures.
We have got Jess coming on our call for a quick 5 minutes on Friday and she will be giving us some little challenges, but I can't give too much away about that until then 😉
I will be heading to the CLIA River Conference on Sunday and won't be back in until 15th, so any updates next week will be sent from Emma, whilst we are gone and as always if you have any problems there is always someone who will have the answer for you !
I'm sure I will have a great update for you once I am back from the CLIA Conference with plenty of information for you !
