So grateful to get to have a lobster lunch with our staff, no... our Mexican FAMILY, in Rosarito. It has been 1.5 years because of COVID. Too long. They are so incredible. Hard workers and always so loving and authentic with us. We could not do it without them or ask for a better team!! 💪🏽🇲🇽🏠🏝🌊🏄🏾‍♂️☀️🌮🍹

We are so grateful for our staff and family in Mexico. They are kind, hardworking, and loyal. Our villas are amazing because of the pride that they take in their work! Unfortunately we couldn't be there for our Christmas posada this year, but thanks to the photos of us that they printed, we could be there in spirit. We miss you guys! Rosarito weather is gorgeous in January!

It often feels like Spring, which is awesome since we hosted a BBQ for the construction, security, and maintenance staff of Playa Arcangel.

They work SO hard and we wanted to show our appreciation.

Each of them contribute to making our oceanfront villas beautiful and a magical place for our guests to stay.

We had carne asada and adobada tacos with freshly made tortillas, cervezas, and Coca-Colas.

The guys played bocci ball and cards in a gorgeous oceanfront setting.

What a great day with great people!

I have such deep love for Mexico and Mexicans!! ❤️ 🇲🇽

We are so lucky to have such amazing people on our team!

They pride themselves on their work and strive to make each of our oceanfront villas beautiful for every guest.

Our guests often compliment us in their reviews about our villas being sparkling clean and are often shocked (in a good way) when they check-in.

To show our appreciation to our staff, every year we host a Christmas posada for them.

Usually it is at Playa Arcangel oceanfront clubhouse but this year, everyone wanted lobster so we went to Puerto Nuevo.

We had delicious lobster with fresh tortillas, rice, beans, and margaritas!

A good time was had by all.

We heard from our guests that Baja Beach Fest at Papas & Beer last weekend was lit!

Everyone is planning on coming back next year.

Then come for Labor Day weekend at Papas!

Tony and I went to Papas & Beer when we took his 21 year old daughter for her birthday during Spring Break.

It was sooo much fun!

BUT… I’m pretty sure we were the oldest people there.

Sooo many people approached us to say how cool we were for bringing his daughter to Papas.

One girl looked at Tony and said: “Are you a dad?!?”.

Hilarious since I’m pretty sure there were some young dads there.

Despite being the oldest people there, we’ll definitely go again.
