This time round, Future Now returns home to our outdoor stage for not two, but three nights across August Bank Holiday, with three separate headliners taking over our outdoor arena plus a whole host of local, national and international artists bringing the future of music to the Leftbank once again.

Community Pilates, making Pilates accessible and affordable for all. NEW CLASS ALERT ‼️ I have been really lucky in securing the Main Hall at Hoylake Parade Community Centre on a Wednesday morning 9.15-10.15. I am looking for 10 people who want to come along regularly to get this new class off the ground. It’s a large room so you have plenty of room and won’t be squashed in.

Once I have enough interest I shall put a start date out. Fresh new lessons plans each week, tailored to lovely relaxing music. 5-10 mins of stretch and relaxation at the end of each class. Equipment provided (balls, bands and magic rings) to add variety.

Comment or text to express and interest. This will fill 💫

We all have times when we feel low, anxious or overwhelmed. But little things, like talking to a friend or taking a moment to breathe, can help us feel much better. Check out this site for more tips and techniques https://buff.ly/3ej4yid

We're looking for strawberry runners so we can grow new plants from them for a project with schools.

If you have some to spare, please drop them off at WEN, Falkland Road, Wallasey, CH44 8ER.

No need to pot them up - just pop them in a bag. If we are closed when you arrive, you can leave the plants by the shutters.

Please email [email protected] to make arrangements.

If you are wondering how to grow strawberry plants from runners, take a look at the instructions here:
