We make and sell reusable menstrual items. We have a project called "Wings of Love" For every pad purchased we send one of equal value to Africa.

In my family we have always looked for ways to cut corners and save however we can. We first started with cloth diapering, and using cloth wipes. I looked at purchasing the large manufactured cloth diapers and saw quickly it was something we could not afford with 2 in diapers. So I went to my local fabric store and went to work. since then we have moved on to cloth grocery bags, snack and sandwich

bags, produce bags, mama cloth, and un paper towels. the list seems to grow constantly since it seems like I can help myself when I see things to think "hmm, can i make that?"
The whole reason that I decided to take what I make and offer it to other moms and families out there is because i knew there had to be other moms out there like me that wanted to make better economic and environmental choices for their families but didn't have a whole lot of money to put out up front. So I try and best I can to offer quality products at a very affordable price. I put love and care in everything i make and stand by every one of my products. This last year our business has taken some turns. we have really stopped making a lot of our "green" items and have really focused on the menstrual pads. This became a primary focus when we met and partnered with a local outreach "Edens Song" who makes multiple trips a year to Africa and supplies outreach services there with (among other things) pads, midwife kits, and kits for school girls. After hearing multiple stories of what these women and girls go through just to be able to go to work or school we were moved. We had to be apart. So this has become the very heartbeat of our business. we have currently committed to sending at least 2 pads in each of the 500 midwife kits that are going out and we are excited to blow that goal! So for every single pad that is purchased we are sending one of the exact value to these women and girls. This really resonates with me even more now that my business will need to be a second source of supporting my family. Every single order helps my 7 children and I in everything from soccer cleats to food on the table. Your support doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated. It means the world to me. Truly. This business will keep me from a second job outside my home and more time away from my kiddos. Thank you.

Well folks with all the changes in my life it’s not a surprise I have taken a huge break to regroup. Now it’s time for me to dive back in. I need this for my mental health but also for some financial stability. So this week will be full UNdisposables mode. Expect to see a big restock with lots of new prints. I appreciate you all so much through each of my journeys I feel so much support and love. Please stayed tuned as I attempt to give UNdisposables the relaunch it deserves.

Today I was feeling just a lot over this whole rebrand thing as I have been having a lot of on going arguing with Facebook about the name change (this is a saga I will spare you) then I got this in the mail! Today I am celebrating this little pot of gold at the end of my rainbow. She came after a lot of loss and was so absolutely unexpected but here she is in all her wonder. Today she’s 3 and I am so smitten by this little ragamuffin I couldn’t imagine a moment without her.

As you all know I have been working on a rebranding for OSG. So what’s the story behind “UNdisposables” well beyond selling pads and sending pads to developing areas the very heart behind this little business has been to love on folks. Those who feel unheard and underrepresented. I want those folks to know they are UNFORGETTABLE. You have worth, value and your existence on this planet is worthy. That being said. I will be changing all the OSG imagery to reflect this new brand. So welcome to UNdisposables y’all! 💕🎉🤗

Let me preface this that it is a mushy proud Mom post. Today all of my school age kiddos took part in the walk out. I left the decision to them, we have many convos leading up to it but this was about me following their lead. I met them at school told them I would support them. this girl right here man. 😍She and a handful of other kiddos marched off grounds and demonstrated at a nearby location. I was so proud of her. She has a passion to change the world and she blows me away on a daily basis. Is she a “normal” teen girl, sure. Does she make mistakes in the process? You bet your buns she does but her heart along the way remains true and it’s my job as her mom to culture that natural ability she has to advocate and fight for what is right. She has found so much support in her school to grow and mature and I can not wait to see what beautiful future lays ahead for her

Life is a delecate juggle, if there is such a thing. But most days I end up like this hanger, a bit of this and that cluttered and mangled and sort of half in one place or another. This little intern y’all! She pulls no punches. She clocks in, keeps track of her time and makes sure she gets paid! She pulls no freebies even for mama. But she is reliable, dependable and man does she have a heart for people. She wears her shirt with pride and tells anyone she can about how OSG sends pads to women and girls in developing areas. She is my heart and I am so freakin proud of her!

This weekend my family totally shut off and went camping. We disconnected and spent some good quality time for Father's Day. It was so needed by all of us and so rejuvenating. But today I am back and ready to get busy! And also since I've never formally introduced her before this is lili she is our 9 year old bullie/pit mix and is the sweetest. ❤️🐶🗻⛺️
