On the ground floor, there is a large living room (entrance hall, offices, kitchen, sitting room, dining room). In the kitchen, the remains of the former goldsmith's workshop have been preserved: a large pulley fixed to the ceiling that was used to gild the jewellery. The waxed concrete floor is refreshing in summer. However, we chose to leave it in its slightly worn workshop state. So it's not smooth all over, it has rough edges, cracks and stains. In winter, this waxed concrete floor is heated. This large room has large bay windows and a French window that opens onto the 25m2 garden terrace, so you have a view of the greenery! This terrace itself opens onto a pedestrian walkway.

Bedroom 1 (160cm double bed) opens onto the terrace. It is sometimes possible to hear the sound of passers-by talking in the rooms that open onto the passageway.
