Finally I feel like a real company. People have asked me many times before have I got an Instagram account or a way to contact me.

Yes, choosing a name like Seventen Tours has been a pain. People wonder is it
710tours, 17tours, seven 10 tours etc.

But now, thanks to for putting my company onto paper, I don't need to worry about people getting the name wrong.
I just have to worry about them loosing the business card instead!

2024 has had a lot of behind the scenes work. One of these projects we have been planning is Tentsile tree camping.
These amazing tree tents can take a total weight of 400kg offering fun for the whole family.

These tree tents will be added to the tours offered in 2025 but they will also be available for renting if you feel like giving the cottage life an extra experience of sleeping in the trees.
They can be delivered and setup in the Pirkanmaa region.

It's going to feel like a long winter this year. Excitement is already building to take it into use.

Tonight was the best chance I have had to image Comet Tsuchinshan-Atlas c/2023 a3 but it was still was obstructed by clouds / haze. Maybe there will be another chance over the coming nights to capture a better shot.
But for now this is the best I have managed and I am very pleased to have a small reminder of this Comet.

Yesterday we had this amazing group join us for a Finnish Nature Experience.
During this 5 hour tour they are pick up from their hotel and brought to Niihamaan Maja. Where we spent a good amount of time hiking around the trails and leaning about plants and insects in the area.
We spent some time doing Forest Mind activities which helped bring them closer to the nature by focusing on a small area and seeing all the features of what that small area had to offer.
Preparing a salmon soup and working as a team to make it tasty is very rewarding. Especially when there is pancakes to be made later.
The taxi arrived to pick them up and take them back to their hotel.

On the 26th of April we decided to have the Finnish Nature Experience in Kintulammi Nature Reserve.
It was a fantastic experience enjoyed along side some amazing people. After arriving by BarBus, they set off to learn a little about nature, every man's rights, learn to make a fire with fire steels and to prepare a salmon soup on an open fire.
While waiting for to soup to cook we done some Forest Mind activities before we sat and ate a very tasty Salmon soup.

Next one will happen mid May so hopefully the snow and ice may have moved on by then.
