"Threads of Earth, Eyes of the Leopard, Stars of the Soul."

Each colorful bracelet whether from Peru, Bolivia, or Columbia holds a special place in my heart. Some gifted, some bought .. all cherished!

Creative Indigenous artisans (Quechua, Aymara, Shipibo … ) have worked hard to make them. They are much more than just decoration.
They are living prayers.

Each pattern, color, and symbol carries ancient spiritual meanings.

To me, the bracelets carry prayers, they are protection, and symbols of gratitude to Pachamama and the Cosmos. 🌟

Recently, I had the honour of guiding one of my most unforgettable Ice Bath Therapy sessions… not on land, but floating on history .. on the rooftop of the Historia Boat, sailing the timeless Nile in Luxor, Egypt.

As soon as everyone checked in, the voyage began. The first of many amazing experiences to come was the Ice Bath. We started with Breathing in the Spirit of the Egyptian Lands, grounding, stretching, then in stillness, surrender, and power, we all entered the Ice. Shortly after, it became one big party and celebration time!

Luxor is not just a city .. it’s a portal.

To everyone from YPO GIC who joined .. thank you for trusting, for diving deep, for feeling it all.

Egypt, you hold us. Every time.
We’ll be back soon. With open hearts. And full lungs. 🌀🇪🇬❄️

The Kolkata tribe brought the heat to the ice .. what a heart-opening day of courage, connection, and cold.

Ice + intention + community = transformation.

Such an incredible group coming together to challenge themselves, heal, grow, and have fun! One of the most magical Ice Baths we’ve hosted. It’s such a difference when you're with your tribe. The power of community gives that extra energy and power.
