02ironmanSo my first international full Ironman will happen on 3 August 2019 in Tallinn, Estonia. The journey started from the sofa on 3 Feb 2018 so it will be exact 18months experiment from the beginning to the end. My goal time for the race is 11hrs and something. Full Ironman is 3.8km swim, 180km bike and 42km run, all out! Videos and interviews from the journey can be seen via www.02ironman.com (02ironman=zero to ironman). enbermaKisakausi päätökseen Vantaan maratonilla.🏃♂️ Ennätykseen eväät ei tänään riittäneet, m***a mukavan tasainen suoritus eikä katkeamista matkalla. Ikääntyvien liikuntasarjan 9 sija 😁 ja nettoaika 3.19.27. Tästä on hyvä jatkaa kuntoutusta kohti Ironman Kalmar 2019. 🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️
