We’ve just spent 4 jammed packed days exploring, adventuring, and learning, about this incredible destination in the Canary Islands.
The island is probably most famous for being a winter haven for Northern Europeans who come to soak up the sun at big resorts located on the Southern tip of the island, think Cancun or Riviera Maya.
But what is less known, is that the island offers so much more, especially for adventurous travelers. Tenerife is home to a surprising ecological diversity thanks to its variety of microclimates. Rainforests, volcanoes & lava flows, ravines and dramatic cliffs, windswept beaches, all provide the perfect backdrop for multiple activities & experiences - hiking, swimming, sea kayaking, kite surfing, cycling, boating, and the list goes on.

Last week we went to the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Croatian Tourism Board. We got to try regional delicacies and wines and listen to some fantastic traditional singers.
