Richelieu Rock is known as one of the best dive sites of Thailand Richelieu Rock is a submerged seamount about 18km east of the Surin Islands.
The seamount is only exposed at the lowest tides. Besides the chance of meeting up with manta rays and whale sharks, Richelieu Rock offers lush purple soft corals, large schools of fish, as well as countless small organisms clinging to the rock.
