In a few days you will be taking a flight to Amaroo. For many, it is the first time traveling internationally since the Covid-19 shutdown 2 plus years ago. It is a long journey and we would like it to be as smooth and seamless as possible, so that we may arrive in great shape to enjoy time with Prem!

Ivory Rock has requested that each one of us take personal responsibility for our actions. By doing this, our physical and emotional body will thank us.

Here are some suggestions that can greatly decrease the possibility of any mishaps, missed flights, or stress due to rerouting a canceled flight:

LAX Airlines Terminals:
*Qantas Airways: Tom Bradley Terminal
*Fiji Airways:Tom Bradley Terminal
*Air New Zealand: Tom Bradley Terminal
*Delta Airlines: Terminal 3
*American Airlines: Terminal 4
*Alaska Airlines: Terminal 6
*United Airlines: Terminal 7

Check in early! Arrive at the airport for your domestic flight with enough time to resolve unforeseen circumstances. Due to the Covid-19 staffing issues, we recommend 3 hours early. This will allow you to be ahead of the curve if any issues arise on the horizon.

Check the status of your flight, be kindly proactive. Most Airlines put their flights under Airport Control 24 hours before departure. If there is a delay or possible cancelation on your flight, Stay Calm. By arriving early, you have allowed more time for your Customer Service Airline Agent to help resolve the issue. Remember kindness with perseverance. The agents are working hard to make your flight experience as satisfactory as possible.

Maintain alertness during connecting flights. A journey has many steps, and we hope you enjoy every moment in your way to a beautiful destination- Amaroo in Australia.

Below the list of documentation and accessories needed to travel:

1. Your valid passport (to expire at least 6 months later).

2. Electronic visa

3. An N95 mask to travel on international flights.

4. Copy of your E-ticket.

5. Travel Insurance, if you have it.

6. If you are flying domestic to LAX, & are checking luggage, feel free to purchase luggage fees in advance at the airline’s website for better rates.

7. Fiji Airlines passengers (only) MUST show their proof of vaccination.

8. Air New Zealand passengers (only), need an E-visa to transit Auckland airport.

Amaroo offers an amazing opportunity to hear Prem Rawat in person for 5 days, and enjoy time in touch with nature. A hurray to volunteers who are working in welcoming guests to the Event.

Accomodations on site are availbale for Swagman and unpowered Motohomes. Pioneer tents are sold out.
Accomodations off site are available at Marriott Courtyard Brisbane.
Buses will depart from outisde the Lobby of the hotel. Ask for a Booking Form for best rates to: [email protected]

There had been schedule changes on flights with Qantas and Fiji airlines. All passengers who made arrangements with Travel Bestway, will receive an email with copy of their tickets, showing updates on their flights, & any other relevant information to travel safely to Australia.

Update on complimentary lugagge from the airlines:
Qantas 70 Lbs - Air New Zealand 50Lbs - Fiji Air: 66Lbs.
These airlines allow a carry-on & a backpack free of charge as well.

We are still offering flights to Brisbane. Qantas at a 8% discount.
