MBM is launching in Anytime Fitness Plainville. Starting tomorrow, we will be hosting classes at 6am on Tuesdays. Early Birds, come and get it!

Introducing MEDICINE BALL MANIA Tuesday's at 6am is our first time slot right now try this out! Tomorrow at 6am with trainer and medicine ball extraordinaire Joe!

We are really looking forward to the Legacy Event in Easton this coming Sunday. MBM will be there from 12noon - 2pm, and would like to stage a FREE workout at 1pm. Come have a blast with us, and bring a friend! The more people the better!
