When we're riding, only the best is good enough. So we've applied that philosophy to everything that It boiled down to two main activities: riding and eating.

It all started with a basic idea that was so simple that it fit into a tweet:

“Thinking of doing a ride, eat, drink EOY bash here in Chianti October 12-18th.” said Joao after a long season with the Cervelo TestTeam. “Share my favorite things about this place. Who’s interested?”

Four guys signed up immediately for a trip that was then just four weeks away. There were no security deposits, no li

ability waivers, just twitter and as one guest put it, “a huge amount of trust.”

We’ve come a long way since that first trip but the spirit of the original adventure is still at the core of what we do. Only smiles as we wrap up our 2024 season. 🥰

It’s the final week of European trips for the year and I’ve sure enjoyed being part of this one in Portugal. It’s a real present watching it all unfold and it’s been the same story all year with all of our trips. The anticipation, seeing groups form, hearing about memories being made and goals achieved and then being part of those lasting bonds and experiences. Our team truly loves sharing what we do and being able to contribute to this community - our great inGamba cycling family.

Thank you to all of those who joined us this year and for your trust and belief in what we do. You have warmed our hearts and brought us great joy. 😌

If you are thinking about traveling with us next year, there is no better time to make plans now as many trips are selling out with more filling up. On that note, this is a good time for my final courtesy reminder to keep Everywhere on your travel list. 😍 And to go there with inGamba. ☺️

Thanks to all who followed along the Azores adventure. It was an absolutely wonderful trip and it was so fun to share it with the broader inGamba community. As I adjust back to life pumping tires and filling bottles, I’ll officially sign off from the trip with the encouragement to keep Everywhere on your travel list… and the hope you choose to go there with inGamba. 😌

Happy Friday from The Azores! We made it through the full week - and all with big smiles - courtesy of the amazing support from the inGamba team. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again that you can go cycle in Europe with lots of different groups and have a great time. But I promise you won’t be able to find a trip with a group of people who treat who truly care about you and every aspect of your experience.

They say that cycling is team sport but at inGamba, it’s actually a family sport. 🥰 Come and join us.

In what I am now certain was one of the finest moments in my career with inGamba, I made the executive decision that our group should stop for a beer at the local hangout 2kms before the end of our ride. As we sat there enjoying the sun and some people watching, I couldn’t help but think of Andy Dufresne and the scene from The Shawshank Redemption when the crew is having a few cold ones up on the roof. It all reminded me of Red’s words: “Get busy living or get busy dying.”

Hardly any better words out there. Cheers to just that and I’m so grateful to have the inGamba family to share life with. 🍻🍻

Hello from the middle of the big pond. ☺️ We are in the Azores!

Our group has gathered here for a few days of pre-trip fun and it’s been wonderful to have a little exploration time prior to the miles in front of us. It’s the first time here for all of us which makes it all the more rewarding.

Here’s a little glimpse of what we’ve been up to and we’ve all decided the island of São Miguel is exceeding our expectations. With that in mind, while I encourage you to keep Everywhere on your travel list, definitely add The Azores!

Hello again from 👋. Popping up on the inGamba IG as I prepare to head to Europe for a trip. 🥰

About 10 years ago, I had the good fortune of striking a fellowship that turned me into one of the greatest streaks one can keep up: an annual inGamba trip 🙌.

This year marks Year 9 for the trip (skipped 2020 😷) and we’ve got an exciting new destination in front of us! I’ll be bringing you along for the adventure and am really looking forward to sharing with you. For starters, any guesses on where we are going?? 🌍

For now, this post is dedicated to our great community who have helped infuse my deep passion for sharing the gifts of cycling and travel. Thank you for being a part of this great life!

Walking into New York like…🥳

Hello from NYC! here repping the inGamba team. We’ve been on the road across North America the past few weeks connecting with our community in various places and tonight we’re capping it all off with one final event here in New York.

We’ve had an absolute blast on our tour seeing old friends and meeting new ones. And tonight will be one special final salud before the team heads back to Europe to kick off our season in earnest. 🥂

So, if you’re in NY, come out and join us tonight at Strictly Cycling Collective. But to the vast majority of you who aren’t in NY, please know that our toast tonight will go out to you.
