The Cutwater Experience was founded in 2021 out of a small family business, Williams Woodcraft. Most of our boats are restored by our captain Harvey Williams III at the
Williams Woodcraft boat shop. In Harvey's free time he works on the local
Capitol Hornblower cruising boat on the Sacramento River giving historical and entertainment tours. The Cutwater aims to merge the rich history in wooden boats with the beautiful scenery that Sacramento River has to offer.
