We enjoyed a fantastic first trip to STX and this property was perfect. Clean, safe, exceptionally appointed kitchen, and centrally located on the island. The majesty of the crashing waves cannot be overstated. Each morning, we would catch ourselves just... stopping...to look, and listen and take in the beauty of our surroundings.

We truly felt swept away in paradise. The centrally located property allowed breathtaking views when we drove to excursions or either side of the island. Close access to Cane Bay, The Landing, Sunset Bar, and Off The Wall were great treats; and within walking distance.

Communication with the property owners was detailed, prompt, and made us feel as welcomed guests. You cannot go wrong with STX, and will love this property. We're so glad we found it and cannot wait to return to the island again

I can not say enough great things about Chantal and her condo! To start, we had to unexpectedly cancel our first trip and Chantal was so understanding and easily rescheduled us for our new date. When we entered the condo my best friend literally screamed with excitement at how beautiful the condo was. After staying in another air B and B on the island we felt like celebrities staying at Chantal’s place. Air conditioning and hot water are a rarity on the island and this place had both! The balcony has stunning views of the ocean. It was so nice to have coffee on the balcony in the mornings during sunrise and listen to the waves crash on the rocks. This air B and B has everything you could need for your stay! The place is stocked and it was so functional (kitchen items, shampoo, beach items, etc). Our friends who live on the island were blown away by how nice this condo was. Super clean and the interior design was beautiful. 12/10 recommend staying here. Right on cane bay beach which is a popular beach for snorkeling!

Did our beach chairs get larger or did one of your favorite servers, Jerah, get smaller? Guess you’ll have to come find out!

Being closed on Tuesdays gives us time for fun projects like this one! Come see us for wing Wednesday and take our new beach chair for a spin. We’ll have $1 wings all day long with live music by Los Drunk Dumplins beginning at 5:30. Hope to see you soon!

Friday: We have some new music for you! Lady Friend Official will be here to kick off the weekend. It will be their first time playing at The Landing — come give them a warm welcome!
