Sunset vibes on Seven Seas Lagoon
Taking the boats across Seven Seas Lagoon is one of my favorite relaxing perks from staying at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, the Polynesian Village Resort, the Contemporary Resort, or Wilderness Lodge. Just peaceful vibes!

Beautiful mornings in the heart of Alaska
🏔️ Since I have a lot of folks headed out on Alaskan cruises this summer - I’m spending the week talking about Alaska!
🚢 A great way to see Alaska is by taking a cruise tour - where you explore the Inner Passage and southern panhandle and islands by cruise ship - then travel through the southern shores to the heart of Alaska.
🗺️ This beautiful scene can be found when you take a visit to Denali National Park and Preserve. The highlight is definitely the 5 hour tour through the park, as you travel 50 miles into the wilderness. Several cruise lines keep their own lodges near the entrance to the park, so you can experience this beautiful wonder.
📸 Bring your camera and binoculars! You’ll want to be scanning for wildlife, as your driver narrates and tells the history of this great park. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of Denali, the tallest mountain in North America.

🏰 It was a fabulous visit back to the original theme park that made it all happen. The highlights for me were showing my mom around the park she watched open up as a child, enjoying all the seasonal overlays on “it’s a small world” and the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay on Haunted Mansion, and finally getting to ride Radiator Springs Racers in CarsLand!

One of my favorite spots at Universal Orlando is in front of the big spinning globe and fountain at Universal CityWalk. It’s so pretty at night time, and I can’t wait to pop in and say “Hey!” to the world next weekend!

Visiting Alaska was wonderful! Here’s a couple small glimpses of Tenana, Anchorage, the McKinley Explorer train, Denali National Park, and one of the cruise lodge villages outside of Denali.

🏔️ Thinking ahead for this summer, for some guests who are headed on a Norway cruise, and they’re going to enjoy this view of the arrival into Flåm - which was at the end of the second longest fjord in the world!
🚂 When I visited, it was such a beautiful day, and I was stunned by the crystal clear lakes and rivers along the countryside. We took the Flåmsbana train deep into the mountains, and this day is one I always remember.
