KFR Design Owner-designer Kimberly Fishel has an eye for detail and space planning which started well before launching her own design business.

Since 2003, we at KFR Design have been helping clients to design and build unique, yet timeless dream homes which reflect the individual lifestyle of each homeowner, yet display at timelessness of architectural detail. ly had landed a summer-time position with renowned AD100 architect Ken Rochetti where she gleaned invaluable experience in residential construction and imaginative architecture. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Kimberly joined Pacific Peninsula Group in Menlo Park, CA where she later earned a position as Senior Interior Architectural Designer. It was here that she spent nearly seven years designing and managing high-end custom and speculative residential projects in and around the Bay Area, Tahoe and Carmel. Now with over 20 years of professional experience, Kimberly is guided by a strong philosophy of integrity and honesty which extends not only to her clients but in the way she approaches design.
