The first meeting of the year is this Thursday at 6:30PM at the new Pooligans Bar & Pool Hall! We will be having our officer meeting and discussing some new ideas and available grants. Remember, you don't have to own a business to be involved with the Chamber, it's a great way to be involved with the community and to help make it a fantastic place to live and visit! For over 15 years Terry Boyd has been donating handmade items to Mormon Trail Schools in support of his grandkids. This started with a barn back in 2009 for his grandson’s preschool class and is finishing with his granddaughter’s senior class to help raise money for prom. Over these years Terry has made an array of different things such as his beautifully detailed barns or school things like the MT emblem. This year, Terry thought about what he would like to do and since he had made the emblem a few times before he wanted to give our school Saint mascot a try! Terry said through the years Ralphie the Saint had always impressed him but this time (as always) it is Terry who has impressed! His newest masterpiece is 2ft wide by 3ft tall and uses Oak, Walnut and Maple to create Ralphie with a sunburst behind him. Terry then used 100 year old pine barn boards he had salvaged to make a beautiful frame for it.

If you would like to see this creation up close and personal, it will be on display at two Mormon Trail home games on January 20 and 21. 22nd the bidding will begin!

Bidding closes on the evening of January 24th so act fast if you want a chance to own this incredible piece of school spirit!

Void the pig says thanks for the watermelon but the forks have proven to not be hoof friendly. 🤣 Next year we will be sure to have more trash cans for forks around the animal containers. Big thanks for everyone keeping the park clean and not making a mess with watermelon. The animals have all been enjoying their own Watermelon Day at the farm. 🍉🍉
