Working for 2 of the largest operators in the travel industry for many years I believe that they no longer offer that 121 personal service that's required. It was an old school Travel Agent which held a fantastic reputation my manager was strict but fair and ran the shop based on the customers wants and needs. A customers best part of a holiday is actually going on it but a Travel Agents best part is when you return. Every holiday I have ever booked for anyone has always took me more than 48 hours worth of research so when I sped all that time planning and specifying a holiday to your need I look forward to hearing all your wonderful stories when you return.
