Write It Right Your Administrative & Composition Resource Juanita Taylor, a single mother of two, understands the importance of working smarter versus working harder.

She has embraced this concept and has chosen to operate in the fullness of her gift for Administration. Her services afford individuals and businesses a practical alternative to the cumbersome task of stretching themselves to perform duties that are outside of their areas of strength. It was very common for co-workers and supervisors to recognize Juanita’s administrative proficiency and therefore

request her management of special projects. But until 2005, her natural talents were used predominately as a personal resource for her friends and family and not as a source of income. In 2005 however, Juanita was hired as the Executive Assistant to the owner of a small firm. This was her first opportunity to turn her ‘gift’ into her livelihood. She was charged with the responsibility of running the office-i.e. scheduling, record keeping, handling all written, emailed and verbal communiqué. She excelled in her role and found herself inclined to take on more responsibility as her innate ability began to present itself. She quickly learned the business and began to implement systems and procedures which drastically improved the company’s overall outlook. Before long, she was effortlessly making travel accommodations; taking care of the drafting and preparation of all contractual documentation and packaging; preparing and processing payroll; managing accounts payable and receivable from inception to reconciliation and even taking care of the personal banking needs of the president of the company. Although she thoroughly enjoyed her position, it came to an end when in 2009 her hours were reduced as a result of the company's fiscal challenges. Unable to withstand the personal financial strain, Juanita was once again forced to concede to her obligation to work a “9-5” to pay the bills. After a couple of years of working dead-end jobs for very little pay, she realized that she was doing the administrative work she loved for friends, family and church for no pay at all! This realization was the birth of Write It Right! She is now driven to do the work she loves and is able to offer her services at a fraction of the cost of what her clients would be quoted elsewhere. Whatever the need, Write It Right is committed to meeting it with perfection!
