It was nice to meet all the couples that came out to the Fingerlakes Bridal Expo yesterday. This was a design that I have been wanting to make for a while so it was a great opportunity to make a show cake. It made it's debut yesterday and will be out again on April 5th for the Sinclair Wedding Expo. Along with a couple other new designs. Keep your eyes out for posts on that and hope to see you there.

What a busy, fun weekend it was! Thank goodness for my Subaru in this weather! Absolutely loved making this cake. Giraffes are awesome.

Love to start the year with a wedding, especially at the Sinclair of Skaneateles. Nice variety of desserts: cake, cupcakes, macarons and mini cheesecakes. The cheesecakes were chillin' in the fridge, so no picture!

What better way to bring in the New Year but with a New Year's Eve wedding at The Sinclair of Skaneateles! Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake with Cookie Pies (flavors include chocolate chip, oatmeal, white chocolate peppermint, sugar dipped in sprinkles all with buttercream and peanut butter with chocolate buttercream). 2025 brings me to my 26th year of providing cakes and desserts for your weddings and special occasions!

I love the 3D pop of the flowers. You really can't go wrong with flowers on a cake. This was at the Lincklaen House.
