Hi All, Mike here.

It's been brought to my attention by a number of our awesome customers that there are other companies masquerading as us. We are working to mitigate this issue, but this is the nature of the industry unfortunately.

Here's how we are currently operating: When you call most days, you'll be connected to our answering service, as we no longer maintain office hours. They will forward the message to us, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Your patience is still needed as we must continue to operate with minimal staffing. We do our best to accommodate every request, but we do run out of resources quickly.

You will only get contacted by myself on the follow up, and I will clearly identify myself, and will call from a familiar number. Please be sure to carefully confirm you are either speaking to the Sparta Limousine Answering Service, or Mike @ Sparta Limo. Anyone else is likely not us. If anyone has run afoul of a competitor claiming to be us, please let us know.

We are incredibly grateful for those who have alerted us to this issue, and we greatly appreciate your patience while we continue to operate in these adverse times.

Hi All,

Not much left to be said I think. We have all had a very tough year and half. It's hard to imagine all the things that we've endured since the beginning of 2020. What matters most is that we're still here.

Sparta Limo has endured, we survived the tsunami of uncertainty that came with everything that happened. There were many days when things were looking very bleak. I am happy to say we weathered this storm. Our incredible and deeply loyal friends and customers offered a hand to help us through. We have heard so many incredible stories of resiliency as everyone faced the pandemic in their own ways. Without you, we would not be here today!

After all that has happened, we are finally taking a break. Not just to collect ourselves, but to help facilitate the steady recovery of the business as demand has surged in short time.

What’s going on with Sparta Limousine?

We’ve been getting this question a lot lately. It is not without cause, things have changed. By now, everyone should be well aware of the damages wrought by the pandemic. More specifically, small businesses and certain sectors of the economy have been disproportionately devastated by the economic impacts of a changed economy. Our business falls neatly into the crossroad of those two uniquely impacted groups. As a small business, we already faced daily struggles behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, and as a transportation business we saw the effects of the pandemic nearly instantaneously.

For the past year, we have struggled to maintain operations; and day by day, week by week, it has been a story of uncertainty. We have had to massively alter the way operations are handled. Gone are the days of having round the clock phones staffed by our own dispatchers, with chauffeurs on call. We have long since eliminated our office and our dispatchers, and now take calls as they are received. We rely on a remote answering service, most of the time. There are delays now in responding, we are not always able to accommodate requests, especially last minute. We are doing everything we can to respond as quick as possible.

We know for some people this explanation will not suffice, but we feel we owe it to everyone to offer some kind of reason why when you call for service, we may not get back to you right away. We are so grateful for all our incredible and loyal customers who have shown their support and understanding in the past year. Your patience is still needed, and is always appreciated.

The world has changed forever. We will endure.
