Connecting to your intuition - quiet your mind, relax and breathe in and out. Do this about three times and relax. Allow all the noise to leave your mind. All your thoughts allow them to come and go and just relax. Do this for a few minutes allowing all the fear, stress and worry to leave your mind and body. Become present in the now. As you connect into your intuition see if you can hear a message or see a picture or whatever comes to you. Hold this and see what message or symbol you get from spirit or your angel. This is called tapping into your intuition - a feeling, a message or symbol you get. They are asking you to listen.

Life is tough at the moment - we are in a cost of living crisis which can put more pressure on other circumstances in your life and could be making you feel more stressed and upset by what is going on for you. If you are feeling like this, then it is time for you to take 10 minutes out of your day and get comfortable and close your eyes and relax. Breathe in and breathe out and let it all go. Quiet that noise in your mind. Let go of any thoughts or things that have happened in your day or of anyone else at this time. Ask your mind to slow down and relax and breathe in and breathe out. Allow yourself to just be for 10 minutes. Tomorrow we will do connecting to your intuition.

We had the best High Tea last weekend at the Fallons in Auckland with Hilary Barry's ginger crunch and beautiful teacups and of course all wearing our Tiaras. We managed to keep our Crowns on for a change. Although the saying is "You can take the girl out of South Auckland but you can't take the South Auckland out of the girl." It was awesome. I have to say a big thank you to Carey Fallon and Liz Bonnar and Ann Khan for all their help with this and to Clair Brady and a real big thank you to Cathy Carey's mum and Muriel Patrick's mum and of course it was great to have my mum Cherie and Ruby awesomeness and Taylor Fallon there as well. Thanks to my hubby Wayne McNaught, Stan Khan, Colin Varney and Derek Bonnar for fronting up and attending we had a really nice afternoon. Can't wait to do it again. I don't know why Patrick, Wayne Newsome and Jacob managed to disappear to watch the phoenix and the breakers. Lol

It is the start of 2023 and what a start. Mother Nature is giving us a battering and you must be feeling really sad for all those people who have been effected. In my lifetime I have never seen anything like this and I'm sure most of you haven't either. Spiritual Monk Thic Nhat Hanh has a saying "Without the Mud, you cannot grow lotus flowers". I think he is talking about ourselves and our anger in our relationships so if you would like help to build stronger relationships around you then book a session with me. Hi everyone it was my birthday weekend this weekend and I had the most fantastic weekend with some of our amazing friends at the St Georges by the Sea in New Plymouth Corny and Christine Vassillou and their family Mark, Mel, Lucas, Caleb and Freya. A luxury lodge which was stunning - we were in the pool every day and I even tried to have a hit at tennis and am paying for it now. Lol. It is so nice to hear from everyone. May 2023 just keep giving. I can't wait to start my Luxury Retreats here. a Life You Love
