Catskill Getaways is a former half acre bungalow property at the base of Woodland Valley, a mile west of Phoenicia. Our cottages have been completely renovated, (one newly-built) all featuring modern kitchens, luxurious baths and strong wireless access. With just over 300 residents nestled in a small valley the heart of the Catskills, Phoenicia offers it’s own brand of small town hospitality, a handful of restaurants, shops, galleries and a community theater.

You can take advantage of the multitude of activities in the immediate area: world-class hiking and fishing, as well as tubing, skiing, snowboarding, swimming.

Or you can venture out. The Hudson Valley has a treasure chest of cultural offerings for the discerning visitor.

Or you can just chill and have breakfast on the porch. Pick salad from the vegetable garden. Meander along peaceful country roads. Skip rocks along the Esopus Creek. In good weather take a dip in the local water hole.
