I believe the best way to start a new year is by starting with new beginnings, and I believe taking care of the body and mind first…. will open the doors to so many great new beginnings. Let’s get ourselves and kids started on forming healthy habits of taking care of body and mind at home! This is done through yoga and positive affirmations. (MY FLASHCARDS)These two things couple together are more powerful than you know. After doing the deep breathing, with some yoga poses your mind is open and ready for whatever you put into it. That’s when you read the positive affirmation. You write it down, and then you read it throughout the day. Repetition and consistency are the!! Yoga is the most adaptable and easiest form of strength training (for both body and mind) to keep up at home and through life. Doing this together with your kids shows them how important this is, and instills in them these healthy habits for life!
