🚴♂️ Ready for a challenge? Most of us avoid walking up White Rock's infamous Oxford Hill ... but what about biking up it? This Saturday, June 22, join the United Velo Cycling Club for the Oxford Hill Climb time trail race!
Starting at 9am, brave cyclists will conquer the 700m, 23% grade beast, all for glory, awards, and bragging rights.
Come support these athletes as they tackle one of Metro Vancouver's most notorious climbs. Grab your cowbell, bring your enthusiasm, and let's cheer them on!

When you climb these steps from Marine Drive, you are quite literally, walking on sunshine! These cheerful mosaic steps are a public art installation called "Walking on Sunshine" and the view of East Beach from the top is pretty awesome! Each step has been decorated using pieces of colourful tile and placed in the pattern of sunshine.
