Semper Ferians is Latin for "always celebrating," and evokes exactly my ethos about travel: It is worth spending your time on the things that *you* enjoy. Additionally, ferian in Old English means "to transport in a boat." I like that my obscure name has an even more obscure double entendre that coincides perfectly with my business brand. I couldn't have planned it better if I tried.

Sorry to have vanished. I had a surprise pregnancy. It's been a wild year. I'm starting to get out in the garden again, which is amazing. I missed my plants. I lost so many to freeze and drought because I couldn't take care of them. So I'm sort of starting over. Le sigh.

I have plans for things to post. I've found some phenomenal baby care pages, made more self-care graphics, and found my video camera...

I'm looking forward to sharing content here again!
