ITS FINALLY HERE ! 🌲 HIKE WITH US!

As the seasons change we change too! Join us on this unforgettable adventure as we hike & heal together under the changing trees along one of the most beautiful trails in Maryland! This is open to ALL BLACK INDIGENOUS WOMEN ONLY ✨🧘🏾‍♀️🥾

DAY BREAKDOWN 📋
I)We will first meet at the head of the trail at 11:00am. We will have snacks and get the energy flowing with a light icebreaker and stretch routine.

II) We will then enjoy a rather scenic trail along the water perfect for anyone with two legs to move their bodies forward! In other words, you do not have to be a professional in order to hike with us. This trail in particular does have hills and narrow pathways with rocky areas. It will require you to be in the condition to go uphill as well as down hill (max incline 45-50 degrees). We will hike out and back.

III)Near 2:00pm we will arrive back and gather for a group meditation to reflect on intention and reset our bodies with deep stretch, yoga and the healing sounds bells, chimes, rainstick & Crystal Singing Bowl vibrations by Ralinda.

NEXT UP🌲✨🌊: Join us as we team up with the one and only to host a hike and eDNA Sediment Sample Collection, helping us discover the life in our waters. We’ll wrap up with a tranquil sound meditation under the trees to relax, ground, and become one with nature.

We are now in JULY and setting up to hit the trail again ! This month is super special because we will not only be enjoying another scenic trail but also setting out to sea in a charter boat to enjoy the beauty of the water elements and all that comes with it.

This is a full day trip and we are excited to have you join us!

DAYBREAKDOWN:

I) We will first meet at Ferry Point Park at 1:00pm to get together & get the energy flowing with a light icebreaker and stretch routine.

II) After this casual hike we will head over to the Jetty Restaurant where the boat is docked . You’ll have about an hour for lunch.

III) The charter boat will leave the docks at 3:00pm sharp. Location sent upon registration. This boat trip will last approximately 1.5 hours.

IV) We will hold our sound healing on the vessel as you relax, fish and enjoy the bay. 🎶 🎣 🛥️

I had the awesome pleasure of leading these wonderful ladies into deep relaxation & rest this past weekend to kick off a Pamper Princess Birthday Event ✨🥳

One of the best things about is that you don’t realize how hard it may be for you to relax but with the guidance of pure sounds frequencies, the mind is put at easy so that the body can release the built of tension that is causing resistance to relaxation!

Sound is a potent cure for the anxious mind, overworked body and ultimately does something very refreshing for the aura field and human subtle energy systems. Pull your power back into you as the pure sound frequency emanating for the crystal bowls, chimes, bells, rainsticks and a number of other instruments within our soundscape lull you into a deep rest so that the mind, body and spirit has the opportunity to heal itself. Sound is a detox to the aura field, blood stream, muscular systems and all organs. Join us under the full moon as we rest to fill our cups, commune, laugh and synchronize with the positive energy within the space.

As we expand into the session, we will first collectively complete a journal prompt as we set your intention for the meditation. Enjoy a handcrafted, aromatic tea to sooth the heart space and open the spirit to the sound vibrations. Soon after, I will guide you invite you to close your eyes and focus your attention inward, take a few deep breaths through a yoga flow & deep stretch + prompt you further into your visualization in savasana
