I tried the at magic Kingdom this weekend (yea I know a little late to the party on this one) and I have to say I liked it!! The sour sweet key lime was nice. The sprite added another flavor of sweet.. over all a nice treat to have on a hot summers day! ☀️

This past weekend I had the pleasure of
Going to Epcot’s Art festival for my dear friends birthday. We started our world travels through Mexico. Let us begin..

1. if you have not stop in the Mexican pavilion for a margarita you are missing out.. The Blood Orange Margarita is one of my favorites.. it consists of Ambhar blanco tequila, orange liquor, a sweet and tart mix of blood orange, a hint of rum, and a Tajin chile-lime powder rim. It’s a nice substitute for orange juice.. 😉

2. Pop-eats. Top photo-Pop’t art. So this wasn’t a favorite of mine.. if you like cold pop tarts go for it if not move on to the more delicious Sous vide chicken roulade- last photo.. it was moist and well seasoned.. I give this one 4 out of 5 ⭐️’s.. Moving on to the by Playalinda brewing co. I liked the concept of this but was slightly disappointed when the cast member handed me my drink.. I was kind of excepting this memorizing cup of edible glitter but what I was handed was far from IG worthy.. the taste was nice more on the fruity side so if you like that kinda stuff order it..

3. Cuisine Classique- red wine braised beef short rib... all I have to say is 🤤.. the beef was nice and tender.. wish the bites were bigger to have more!!

4. L’arte di mangiare- Barbabietole Dolci Caprino fritto and costine di maiale Aceto balsamico both of these should just translate to YUM!! My favorite of all the food I tried at art festival were these two items!! Highly recommended!! Order it you won’t be disappointed!!

5. The artist table- Beef Wellington was good the pastry was nice and flaky and meat was tender.. if you’ve had one beef Wellington you’ve pretty much had all beef Wellington.. nothing really special.. Pan- seared scallop so here’s my story.. yes mine did come with the Parmesan cheese cracker but as I was taking the picture you see above it fell off 🙈 so the scallop was delicious not chewy cooked just right.. 👍👍👍 with this dish.
Sympathy in chocolate flight- disclaimer I’m not a liquor person so me and my friend shared this one.. if you like liquor go for it if you don’t skip it..

6. Mosaic canteen- Mediterranean flatbread another favorite of mine.. the bread was nice and soft the topping melted well together a little bit of spice.. 😍 over all a tasty dish.. totally recommend this dish.
Embrace the arak- Just no!! it has a heavy licorice taste with a hint on grapefruit.. if you like grapefruit favored licorice this is your drink.. 😕

Overall the festival is fun interactive and the food was good.. go and have great time and play in some famous painting..
