WEST FISH CO. - Dory Caught!
We are delighted to have West Fish Co. on The Oregon North Coast Food Trail!
From their website –
“West Fish Co. was founded by two commercial fishermen, Tyler Kuhn and Dan Hulburt, in their hometown on the northern Oregon Coast. West Fish Co.'s fleet of two launches their flat bottom dory boats out of Pacific City's famous beach port.
Both owners value and are proud of the beauty in their product; they harvest their local seafood in a sustainable, small-scale operation. They fish responsibly and with a great respect for the animals, the ocean, and the community as a whole.
West Fish Co. is able to guarantee the freshest seafood around, as the product makes its way from their boats to the shop at the end of each day on the water. The vast majority of the fish and crab they offer is harvested just two miles from their retail store in Pacific City.”
