Welcome adventurers!
So excited for the journey you’re about to take and discover some beauty of Canberra in a new and exciting way!
I can’t express how happy I am to share my love of Canberra and to combine it with my love of puzzle making.
How it works:
1. You contact me with a date and time you would like to arrange a scavenger hunt and a rough starting point (wouldn’t wanna send you deep South only for you to work all the way back).
2. Select your level of difficulty:
- Relaxed: great for dates or small groups. I will give some fun locations, but no rush to get from one to the next, take time to enjoy where you are (take some photos! 📸). Shouldn’t take longer than a couple hours. No need for activewear 😊
- Semi-active: for those who enjoy the occasional hike and aren’t afraid to get a little sweaty, this is the option for you. The locations may require a bit more effort to get to, but it’s totally worth it! Could take a few hours depending on how quick you walk. Runners or solid shoes recommended.
- Adventure is out there!: for those who would walk and hike up mountains for a living if they could! This option will really take you from the bushes to the mountains and everything in between. Maybe clear your day though as this could take a few hours 😉
Note: Money isn’t required for any of the locations I send you, but I highly encourage you to support small businesses where possible 😊
3. Enjoy! On the day I will send an email with your first clue and more information specific to your scavenger hunt. If you get absolutely stuck on a puzzle, flick me a message and I can give you a hint (or the answer if you’re desperate).
If you’re a local, really hope this experience will help you see Canberra in a new light and notice and appreciate some of the things you may usually gloss over when going about your day. If you’re a visitor, I hope you can see a bit more why so many people love it here 😊
