One of the best things about cycling in the Andes is meeting and exchanging smiles with people. We often wondered how to repay the immense kindness that we received and one small way we try to do that is by supporting Project Helping Hands- Bolivia. Helping Hands enable young people in Bolivia to get an education by buying uniform, paying for bus fares or giving them lunch money. Helping Hands have been offered the chance to become a permanent member of Global Giving which will make it much easier to fundraise but they need to show that if given membership they will use it. Please consider supporting Helping Hands and repaying all the hospitality you almost certainly received in the Andes.

The Helping Hands Project provides support for marginalized and disadvantaged youth, especially girls at-risk and in extreme need, in the department of La Paz, Bolivia.
