Coming Soon! Stylez is an exciting, fun and contemporary dance fitness experience for boys and girls aged 3-11 of all abilities.

The programme not only inspires children to increase their fitness through the mode of dance but it also teaches them valuable skills including how to work confidently with music, how to follow and create choreography and how to perform to an audience. Within a single Stylez dance session you will see musicality drills, choreography, creativity and performance workshops, which encourage children t

o learn whilst being active, therefore, improving their fitness in a safe, fun and motivating way. Contrasting dance styles help contribute to a child’s ongoing dance education. We aim to empower children to be confident, interact with their peers and to learn, develop and apply new skills. Stylez Dance Troop launches across the UK from January 2013
