Welcome to The Sandcastle, our charming 3-bedroom cottage in Sun Retreats Sherkston Shores near Elco Beach. With thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a range of amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, our cottage offers comfort and style for guests of all ages.
Primary Bedroom: The master bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, providing a restful haven for relaxation.
Second Bedroom: This room features a versatile bunk bed set, with a single bed on top and a double bed on the bottom, catering to various sleeping arrangements.
Ideal for families or friends.
Third Bedroom: The third bedroom offers a cozy arrangement with single bunk beds, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable sleeping space for guests.
Living Area: Offers an additional sleeping option with a pull-out couch.
Cottage Guidelines:
Age Restriction: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent.
House Rules: Please note, that we strictly enforce a no parties, no smoking, and no pets policy – no exceptions.
Cottage Amenities:
Indoor: A kitchen with all standard amenities including a Keurig style coffee maker. Smart TV and assortment of boardgames for lots of family fun.
Outdoor: The cottage boasts a large deck, complete with a Charcoal BBQ for delightful outdoor meals. Gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.
Parking: Conveniently park up to two vehicles during your stay.
Climate Control: Enjoy the comfort of ice-cold air conditioning throughout the cottage and a cozy electric fireplace for those cooler nights.
Convenience on Wheels: Explore the resort with ease using the included 4-seat lifted golf cart. Convenient for navigating the expansive grounds, accessing amenities, and enjoying leisurely rides with family and friends.
Guest Responsibilities:
Bedding and Towels: Guests are required to bring their own bedding, pillows, and towels.
Required Fees: Resort passes are required for an additional $10 per person over the age of 6, providing access to the various amenities the resort has to offer.
Waterpark Excitement: Waterpark passes must be purchased separately but are valid for the entire duration of your stay, ensuring endless fun for all.
Rates and Availability: All rentals are M-F or F-M
Check-in at 3pm and checkout at 11am.
$500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out inspection.
