The General Tour Guide Association is a nonprofit organization working to raise the quality of guide services offered in Belize through education, a positive exchange of ideas, friendships, and to be a channel for current and updated tourism information. We desire to improve the health of our industry resulting in more work for every tour guide while respecting the competitor's rights of privacy regarding pay, uniqueness of service and contractual agreements between employers and employees.
